    Description Inkospor Active L-Carnitine 2000


    The body's chemical compound L-carnitine is involved in fat oxidation in the muscle. L-carnitine transports the long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria, the "power plants" of the cells, where the latter are burned.

    From this function, fat burning can be boosted by an increased transport capacity. L-carnitine is found in large quantities in red meat, but less in poultry meat and very little in vegetarian food. Which is why an external supply can make sense.

    With our L-carnitine shots you supply 2000 mg L-carnitine all at once, whereas with a normal mixed diet you take in about 100-300 mg L-carnitine per day. Especially when you are in the "getting shredded" phase, L-carnitine is a must.
