CLA known as conjugated linoleic acid, is a modified form of the fatty acids and comes in appreciable concentration primarily in animal fats. With the help of bacteria in the rumen of goats, sheep and cattle, these two polyunsaturated fatty acids that are required in the human body form but can not itself be produced by him.
Natural Low CLA via the consumption of butter, cheese, yogurt, milk, lamb and beef. Poultry meat and eggs are considered good sources of CLA.

Function of CLA
