    Description Santa Madre 30CHO Gel

    Santa Madre 30CHO Gel (RATIO 1:0.5), is a refreshing low density energy gel made using liquid technology without stimulants that provides you with quick and sustained energy during exercise.

    Santa Madre 30CHO Gel of 30 g carbohydrates per gel, carefully formulated taking into account the absorption capacity of the body, uses a ratio of 1:0.5 It doubles the load of SGLT1 and SGLT2, but without forgetting the importance of the GLUT5 transporter, thus avoiding digestive disorders and also making it perfect for strategies with a large amount of carbohydrates per hour. It can be trained up to 90-100 g/hour. The 30 g of carbohydrates are supplemented with micronutrients that intervene in the energy metabolism and make it more efficient.

    Santa Madre 30CHO Gel is ideal for all climates, but especially for the hottest ones, as it leaves a refreshing sensation in the mouth thanks to its ‘Refresh’ technology and helps the body to thermoregulate in order to maintain its performance.

    Santa Madre 30CHO Gel is available with or without caffeine, depending on the variant.
