In Kombination mit dem Getränk reicht mir dank den 30g Kohlenhydraten, ein Gel pro Stunde unter hoher Belastung (Wettkampf). Was während dem Wettkampf sehr dankbar ist, da Verpflegen doch mal einen Griff vom Lenker bedeutet (je nach Bike rennen findet man besser oder schlechter Zeit dazu), aber eben wichtig ist.
Da der Gel auch ohne Wasser eingenommen werden kann (gute Konsistenz), kann ich mich weiter verpflegen, auch wenn das Getränk mal knapp wird.
