    Application

    Tear open the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet. Take up to three sachets per hour during exercise, less if you also consume a sports drink.

    Die Konsistenz ist hervorragend – schön dünnflüssig, was beim Laufen, insbesondere bei Wettkämpfen, ideal ist für mich. Zudem ist der Orangengeschmack wirklich super.
