GU Roctane Gels give you an extra boost of sodium to support your hydration. The amino acid beta-alanine contributes to an increase in carnosine levels, which leads to a higher load capacity of the muscles. GU Roctane Gels are an essential part of endurance training and during a marathon!

The caffeine boosts your performance and increases your mental awareness so that you can concentrate better on your challenge. The addition of ginger makes the gel particularly gentle on the stomach. Muscle cramps are significantly reduced with the help of the calcium it contains.
