A minimum of 2 Cheerpacks guarantees efficient energy supply during prolonged physical activity. Larger quantities (up to a maximum of 4 Cheerpacks) can be consumed depending on the duration and intensity of the exercise. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours.
