Ingredient overview

Alfalfa grass powder
Alfalfa is a good source of vitamin K and other vitamins and minerals, as well as many other health-promoting compounds (e.g. saponins, coumarins, flavonoids, phytosterols and more) and also has strong antioxidant properties.

Apple fibre
Apples contain both soluble and insoluble fibre, both of which support gut health and much more. Soluble fibre dissolves in water and forms a gel-like substance that slows down digestion. Soluble fibre is also Insoluble fibre does not dissolve in water, but increases stool volume.

Apple pectin
This is a soluble fibre extracted from apple peels. Apple pectin supports healthy digestion and overall gut health by acting as a prebiotic and binding heavy metals in the gastrointestinal tract.

Asparagus powder

Barley grass powder

Beetroot juice powder

Broccoli juice powder
Among many other health-promoting compounds, broccoli juice contains high amounts of glucoraphanin, which is converted into sulforaphane, whose benefits are numerous and varied: Broccoli juice also contains the antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin. This fern-like plant also contains many health-promoting compounds, including flavonoids, phenolic acids, phytosterols and many more.

Artichoke powder
Artichokes are arguably the most potent fruit or vegetable available, containing numerous compounds that have beneficial effects on many areas of health.

Kale leaf
Kale leaves are rich in polyphenols and flavonoids – especially quercetin and kaempferol – as well as other antioxidant compounds, and are an excellent source of beta-carotene, vitamin C and vitamin K. Like beetroot juice powder, kale leaves contain large amounts of nitrates, which the body converts into NO.

Pineapple fruit powder
In addition to the many nutrients and health-promoting flavonoids and phenolic compounds found in pineapple, this fruit also contains bromelain, a digestive enzyme that aids in the breakdown of proteins and promotes digestion, while also having powerful regenerative properties.

Spinach leaves
Spinach is an extremely nutrient-rich vegetable and an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid (B9), iron and calcium. Spinach also contains the compounds lutein and zeaxanthin and is another nitrate-containing food that helps increase nitric oxide (NO) levels in the body.

Spirulina powder
Spirulina is considered by many to be THE superfood among superfoods. It is rich in vitamins and minerals as well as enzymes and antioxidants such as superoxide dismutase (SOD). It is an excellent source of chlorophyll and essential fatty acids as well as phycocyanin. In addition, spirulina is said to contribute to maintaining a healthy digestive system by serving as a food/energy source for beneficial intestinal flora.

Application

Powder:
Stir 5 g of powder into approx. 2.5 dl of water or another liquid of your choice daily and take with meals.

Capsules:
Take 6 capsules daily with meals.
