Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) are among the 9 essential amino acids that cannot be produced by the human body itself - therefore the requirement must be met through food intake.

The BCAAs L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine are three branched chain amino acids and make up about 20-35% of human muscle protein. Thanks to their convenient size, the BCAA 2200 capsules are easy to swallow and are perfect for on the go in the morning, before or after training.

The capsules provide the three essential branched-chain amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio and also contain vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and vitamin B6. Vitamin B2 and vitamin B6 help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
