Activomin is a natural product containing humic acids derived from lignite. Humic acids protect inflamed mucous membranes with a protective film. Harmful substances, toxins, and pathogenic bacteria and viruses are bound and eliminated.

Activomin improves the subjective well-being of patients with gastrointestinal and metabolic disorders resulting from:
- Pollution
- Diarrheal diseases and as gastroenteritic aftercare
- Dietary changes, nutritional errors, and deficiencies resulting from dietary errors

Humic acids are natural breakdown products of plants, found everywhere in nature, for example in lignite, but also in moorland and peat. We ingest humic acids daily in foods such as coffee, tea, certain beers, bread crusts, and even roasted meat, without even realizing it.

For internal use in humans, natural humic acids obtained from lignite in its purest form are particularly suitable.

Humic acids have the ability to bind pollutants firmly to themselves in the human body. Since they are not absorbed by the body and cannot enter the bloodstream, the bound toxins are excreted via the intestines before any harmful effects can occur.

Activomin contains no preservatives, no animal ingredients and is free of gelatin, lactose, gluten, iodine and cholesterol.

1. Acute stage of symptoms:
- Adults: 3 times 2 Activomin capsules daily for 10 days, after which the dosage should be halved up to a total intake period of 20 days (3 times 1 capsule daily).
- Children aged 6 and over: 1 capsule 3 times daily for 10 days; after that, 1 capsule per day is sufficient for a total intake period of up to 20 days.

2. Maintenance dose:
After a short waiting period to observe the body's reaction, the course of treatment can be repeated and continued with an individualized dosage. The dosage should be adjusted to individual needs and determined in consultation with a therapist. Recommended guidelines for adults range from 3 times 2 Activomin capsules to 1 time 1 capsule, depending on the severity of the condition. For children, 1 capsule daily has proven effective as a maintenance dose.
