DESCRIPTION My Protein Instant Oats are a source of Scottish Oats, supplied in a fine powder easily mixable with protein powders or just water to be consumed by alone. Instant oats are an easy form of carbohydrate to add to your shakes to increase calorie count or add a slow digesting carbohydrate to act as a meal replacement or suppress appetite for longer.

UTILISATION Add 150ml-250ml of water or milk into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 2 heaped MP large scoops (100g), shake and consume. Use 1-3 times daily or as required.
