Die Kapseln können einfach mit einem Glas wasser eingenommen werden und eignen sich auch für unterwegs.
Ich hatte nach der Einnahme von Burgerstein Sport immer einen aufgeblähten Bauch und fühlte mich nicht richtig wohl. Seit ich das Beaster Sport Plus nehme, merke ich nichts mehr davon. Mir wurde erklärt, dass Beaster Sport Plus dank der Kapsel erst im Darm und nicht schon im Magen resorbiert wird, was den Unterschied zum Burgerstein Sport ausmacht!
