Weider Day & Night Casein, as the name suggests, contains high-quality casein protein as its sole protein source. Casein accounts for approximately 80% of the milk protein. It is characterized primarily by its unique molecular structure and the resulting slow digestibility. This is the reason why many athletes rely on casein to ensure a long-term supply of amino acids to their muscles (e.g., while sleeping).
