The High Carb Mix - 90g Carbohydrate is formulated to use only what you need for optimal performance during prolonged and sustained efforts. Each sachet provides exactly 90g of carbohydrate, a blend of maltodextrin-fructose carbohydrate that is quickly absorbed while being very gentle on the stomach. It is lightly flavoured to reduce the risk of gastrointestinal discomfort during intense exercise. The high carb blend contains complete and balanced electrolytes to keep you hydrated.
