The texture is designed to reduce stickiness in the mouth and minimize the need to rinse it down immediately with fluids. We find that the gel goes down easily and smoothly, and the neutral flavor makes it well-tolerated even in larger quantities.

The gel contains no added electrolytes and is designed to be used alongside other electrolyte-containing products (e.g., sports drinks). It is also ideal for consuming high amounts of carbohydrates (high-carb strategy) without taking in too much salt.

Application

Consume 1 to 2 gels every 60 minutes during training or competition. Adjust the number of gels based on your personal needs (training/race duration and intensity). The gel can also be taken before training or racing to increase carbohydrate intake and replenish glycogen stores.
