However, it is not suitable for vegetarians and vegans and therefore not the optimal solution for everyone. Of course, we also have plant-based alternatives in our range - for example our vegan protein mixture, which consists of pea and bean protein, and our soy protein isolate, which is obtained exclusively from soybeans.
When to take collagen protein?
To get the most out of collagen powder, we recommend preparing it as a shake 30-60 minutes before or after your workout for the ideal pre- or post-workout protein boost.
In this way, you can easily and simply ensure that you always consume enough protein without preparing demanding meals.
