High5 Energy Drink Caffeine is a sports drink for use during exercise. It contains electrolytes and a carbohydrate mixture with a maltodextrin-fructose ratio of 2:1.
High5 Energy Drink Caffeine is the same formulation as standard High5 Energy Drink, except that it also contains caffeine (60mg/liter), magnesium and a higher level of electrolytes.
Studies suggest that you should consume a maximum of 60g of carbohydrates per hour from traditional sports drinks. The recommended intake for the new generation High5 Energy Drink Caffeine with 2:1 fructose can be significantly higher, up to 100 grams per hour.
The ingredients help maintain endurance performance during extreme endurance exercise and improve water absorption during physical exertion.
