Endurance Amino compares extremely well to high priced amino acid tablets on the market, at a fraction of the cost. The foundation of Endurance Amino is the three Branched Chain Amino Acids, or BCAA (l-leucine, l-isoleucine, l-valine), supplementation of which helps delay exercise-induced or central nervous system-induced fatigue, improve immune system reaction, and enhance recovery. Another amino acid, l-alanine, is included in the Endurance Amino formula. The liver can convert l-alanine into glucose as needed, which the bloodstream transports to the muscles for energy.
