Enervit Isotonic Drink is an instant granulate for the preparation of a beverage based on electrolytes and carbohydrates, which is used in case of heavy sweating after intense muscle and sports activity. Carbohydrate electrolytic solutions help maintain endurance performance during prolonged endurance training and improve the absorption of water during exercise.
UTILISATION
Make a serving with the contents of two measuring cups (about 34 g) in a 500 ml bottle. During intense physical activity, it is recommended to drink 500 ml per training hour and drink regularly (one sip every 15 minutes), taking into account the intensity of exercise and environmental conditions.
