Combi Flora SymBIO in capsules by effective nature is taken to regulate and support a diverse intestinal flora. The capsules therefore provide you with a combination of active, viable bacterial strains, a special yeast strain (Saccharomyces boulardi) and the dietary fiber inulin. The prebiotic inulin serves as food for the bacterial cultures so that they also feel comfortable in the intestine. Bacteria live in the large intestine even without being regularly supplied with food. In some situations, however, the intestinal flora may be disturbed and no longer present in the diversity that would be good. This is exactly when a symbiotic can intervene and provide additional bacteria in concentrated form. The bacteria settle in the colon and multiply. While similar preparations often contain only a few strains, Combi Flora SymBIO supplies 13 bacterial strains and a special yeast strain - each in high concentration. Moreover, these are viable, i.e. active cultures, while many other products can only serve with inactivated bacterial strains.

Support the intestinal flora - with bacterial cultures and dietary fibers

The intake of additional bacterial cultures is recommended when you want to support or regenerate your diverse intestinal flora. Antibiotics, for example, lead to an impoverished intestinal flora, since they not only fight unwanted bacteria, but also act unselectively against all bacteria. Products such as Combi Flora SymBIO also belong - together with psyllium husk powder and a mineral clay (bentonite or zeolite) - to the three basic components of a natural intestinal cleansing. More than 400 different strains of bacteria live in the intestine. It is estimated that the total number of intestinal bacteria is ten times the number of our body cells. These billions of different microorganisms are known in their entirety as the intestinal flora. The tasks of these little helpers in the intestine have not yet been fully researched. However, it is already clear that the tasks are numerous and varied and extend far beyond the intestine and digestion.

    Antibiotics destroy bacteria unselected

Antibiotics, in the context of appropriate therapy, unfortunately do not distinguish between the beneficial bacteria in the intestine and those unhealthy, harmful bacteria that they are supposed to destroy. Therefore, taking antibiotics can also kill "good" bacteria and disturb the balance of the intestinal flora. It is not uncommon to experience digestive problems, such as diarrhea, after taking antibiotics. The dietary fiber inulin, a long-chain polysaccharide, contained in Combi Flora SymBIO from effective nature, serves as natural food for the positive intestinal bacteria in these capsules. And since inulin is extracted from agave, this great super substance is also pure nature.

The correct dosage of Combi Flora SymBIO

The recommended dosage of Combi Flora SymBIO is 1 to 2 capsules per day. It is best to take the capsules (each with a glass of water) in the morning and/or evening - always before meals, at the latest at mealtimes. It should not be taken after meals. If you are starting to take active bacteria cultures from scratch, we recommend that you start with just one capsule a day to test tolerance and gradually get your body used to the new supplement. After the first week you can increase the dose to two capsules if you wish. If you felt better with the previous dosage, simply go back to it.
