Lavender richt fein. Kühlt Auf der Haut , genau Das richtige nach einem langen Indoor Training, wo der Körper und Geist Auf hochturen erhitzt wurde. Für den Sommer finde ich Das Menthol super, es kühlt noch mehr als Das Lavendel und richt sehr frisch....Und da die Haut unser grösstes Organ ist, sollte man Das nutzen, und die Erholung der Muskel auch über die Haut beachten.

Zieht gut ein in die Haut
MSM für mich ein sehr unterschätztes Produkt
Und die Magnesiumaufnahme wird verbessert durch MSM

Super für die Regeneration, eine gute Mögllichkeit die Mineralien über die Haut aufzunehmen. Die Creme zieht schnell ein und hinterlässt einen Lavendelduft. Nach dem Eincremen sollte man jedoch vermeiden, sich die Augen zu reiben, oder am besten gleich die Hände kurz zu waschen, da es sonst in den Augen brennen kann.
