Amacx Turbo Ice Gel

The Amacx Turbo Ice Gel is a gel that you can freeze and consume as a frozen energy source, similar to an ice cream cone. This gel helps lower your core body temperature while providing 30g or 40g of carbohydrates, depending on the variant. Each gel contains 200mg of sodium to support hydration. The Turbo Ice Gel is available in several flavors.

Amacx Turbo Ice Gel is used during exercise to cool your body from within. To do this, you first need to place the gel in the freezer so it can freeze properly. Once removed from the freezer, you can use it as a popsicle.

Recommended application
Take 1 to 3 gels per hour of training. The amount of gel depends on your personal carbohydrate needs and/or how much you want to cool your body from the inside out.
