    Description Amacx Turbo Ice Gel

    The Amacx Turbo Ice Gel is a gel that you can freeze and consume as a frozen energy source that resembles an ice cream cone. This gel helps to lower the body's core temperature while providing 30g or 40g of carbohydrates depending on the variant. Each gel contains 200 mg of sodium to support hydration. The Turbo Ice Gel is available in different flavours.

    Application

    Amacx Turbo Ice Gel is used during training to cool your body from the inside. To do this, you must first place the gel in the freezer so that it can freeze properly. After taking it out of the freezer, you can use it as an ice lolly.

    Recommended use
    Take 1 to 3 gels per training session. Usage depends on your personal carbohydrate needs and/or how much you want to cool your body from the inside out.
