A ready-to-use sports gel with added water. This gel contains several sources of carbohydrates with a gradual release (carbohydrate ratio 2:1). Available as a bundle in the flavours Cola Caffeine, Strawberry, Citrus, Orange and Raspberry.

Amacx Drink Gel is ready to use and can be drunk without water. Take the drink gel shortly before or during an intensive sports session.

Application

1 to 3 gels per hour of training. Use depends on personal carbohydrate requirements.

Drink gel is mainly used when it is not possible to eat a bar (e.g. due to a high heart rate), such as when running. It can also be used in hockey, e.g. during rest or transition phases. In cycling, it is often used at the end of a hard training session and/or during phases of increased heart rate, such as when climbing hills.

This dietary supplement is not suitable for persons under the age of 18 or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
