Amacx Drink Gel

A ready-to-use sports gel with water added. This gel contains multiple carbohydrate sources with a gradual release (2:1 carbohydrate ratio). Available in a variety of fresh flavors.

Amacx Drink Gel is ready-to-use and can be consumed without water. Take the drink gel shortly before or during an intense exercise session.

1 to 3 gels per hour of training. Use depends on your personal carbohydrate needs.

Drinking gel is primarily used when eating a bar isn't possible (e.g., due to a high heart rate), such as during running. It can also be used in hockey, for example, during rest or transition phases. In cycling, it is often used at the end of a strenuous workout and/or during periods of elevated heart rate, such as during mountain climbing.

A balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are important and should not be replaced by dietary supplements or sports nutrition. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Store the product in a cool, dry place, out of reach of small children.
