What does ALL STARS SKYR PROTEIN Bar contain?

The main source of protein in the SKYR PROTEIN bar is, in addition to the traditional Nordic skyr, high-quality milk protein and skimmed milk powder. SKYR is included as dried cream cheese in powder form. The milk protein provides high-quality casein, which the body digests slowly and therefore keeps you full for a long time.
